Moving day has arrived

We're actually leaving for the 1800-mile road trip portion of the move tomorrow, but the movers have been here, and our stuff is on the way to WA State.

I'm going to miss this place...

But it's my first crochet project, so whatever. I just started to teach myself how to crochet, and I decided to make this lapghan to practice some basic stitches. This is a very simple rib done with SC into the back of each loop. The funktacular yarn is Red Heart Peruvian Print. I actually kind of like the colors...
